Pianisten Zubin Kanga, akkordeonisten Andreas Borregaard og komponisten Kirstine Lindemann afsøger det ukendte i mødet med “den anden”, med vor tids maskine og det fejlslagne i imitationen.
Med afsæt i Donna Haraways essay A Cyborg Manifesto og idéen om cyborgen som udviklingsrum, undersøger projektet, om mødet med maskinens utilstrækkelighed kan give os et nyt perspektiv på os selv.
Projektet arbejder med fejlens potentiale: AI fejler i forsøget på at gengive den menneskelige sangstemme og bevægelse – og vi fejler i imitationen af AI. Hvilke nye perspektiver opstår, når mennesker mødes gennem denne ufuldkomne maskine?

Pianist Zubin Kanga, accordionist Andreas Borregaard, and composer Kirstine Lindemann explore the unknown in encounters with “the other”, with contemporary machines, and the failures of imitation.
Drawing on Haraway’s essay A Cyborg Manifesto and the idea of the cyborg as a space for development, the project examines whether encounters through the machine’s inadequacies can offer a new perspective on ourselves.
The project works with the potential of failure: AI fails to replicate the human voice or movement, and we fail in our imitation of AI. What new perspectives occur when humans meet through this insufficient machine?
