Learn about the ancient craft of sand casting. This is a traditional technique where a model is pressed into sand to create a mold, which is then cast in silver. During the course, we walk through the full process: you’ll learn how to make a sand slip-mold, melting silver, and cast your own ring or pendant.

You’ll then be introduced to a selection of tools that can help you transform your raw casting into a finished piece of jewellery, and you’ll have time to continue working on the piece you’ve created.

Throughout the course, you’ll receive personal guidance and feedback tailored to your specific project.

• You should expect an additional expense for materials. Materials are charged based on usage at current workshop prices.

• Age limit for jewelry courses: The minimum age is 16, and if you are under 18, you must be accompanied by a paying adult.
